The STA Series Combo Type fits Adaptor Heads (AH) on both the input and output ends, so a single sensor body can be reconfigured for any head-type combination without buying a new transducer – the most flexible member of the STA family, covering torque capacities from 0.5 Nm up to 1200 Nm.

- Fully Interchangeable Both Ends: both the input and output ends take snap-on Adaptor Heads (AH). Input AH options: RMA (Rectangular), OFA/TFA (Round), DFA (Dovetail), JMA (Round “J” Shank). Output AH options: RFA (Rectangular), OMA/TMA (Round), DMA (Dovetail), JFA (Round “J” Shank).
- One Body, All Combinations: body dimensions are a fixed 82.7 x 48.7 x 40.5 x 22.5mm (torque capacity under 120 Nm) regardless of which adaptor heads are fitted.
- Coding: STA-AH-[torque range]-AH, e.g. STA-AH-0005-AH.
- Widest Torque Range in the STA Family: torque range codes span 0005 (0.5-5 Nm) through 1200 (120-1200 Nm).

- Once the head, the STA transducer, or the wrench is replaced, calibration is required again to ensure the accuracy of torque, angle sensing, and control.
- After changing any of the heads, the STA, or the wrench, and recalibrating, a new indication prompts easy scale adjustment, while audible clicks are visible, and torque data is collected.
- RF or BT wireless transmission options are available.
- RF version requires a DR-RF DONGLE signal receiver.
- Customized sizes are acceptable.
