A TTES / TTAS Series Wireless Rotary Torque Transducer (Square Drive) is a non-contact, high-speed torque sensor designed to measure and transmit real-time torque and angle data from rotating power tools that use square-drive sockets (such as impact wrenches, pulse tools, or torque multipliers).
It replaces traditional wired or slip-ring sensors with a wireless data transmission system, enabling accurate torque measurement under dynamic, high-vibration, and high-RPM conditions — ideal for industrial bolting, assembly, and quality verification applications.

This transducer type is designed for use in pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric torque tools.

Working Principle

Torque Sensing:Strain gauges are bonded to an internal torsion shaft within the transducer.When torque is applied through the square drive, the shaft twists slightly, causing a change in resistance proportional to the applied torque.

Signal Conditioning:The analog strain signal is converted into a digital torque value by an onboard circuit.

Wireless Transmission:Data is transmitted contactlessly to a fixed receiver unit using RF (2.4 GHz), Bluetooth — no slip rings or cables required.

Data Output & Integration:The receiver sends torque and angle data to a controller, PC, or tablet via USB, enabling real-time monitoring, recording, or closed-loop control.
