TTEB Series Wireless Rotary Torque Transducer (Screw Bits Holder)

TTEB Series Wireless Rotary Torque Transducer (Screw Bits Holder)

The TTEB Series is a wireless rotary torque transducer designed for use with tools that drive screw bits (e.g., screwdrivers, electric or pneumatic drive tools) rather than square-drive sockets.

It features a bit-holder output interface, meaning you can mount standard screw bits directly and measure torque through the tool’s rotational motion.

The device allows real-time torque measurement and wireless data transmission, turning conventional screw-driving tools into smart, data-capable torque systems.

Key Features & Benefits

Feature
Description
Benefit

Bit-Holder Interface
Accepts standard screw bits in place of a drive socket
Enables torque measurement on screwdriving operations

Wireless Data Transmission
Sends torque (and possibly angle) data over RF/2.4 GHz
Eliminates the need for cables, enables mobility, and flexible integration

Precision & Calibration
High accuracy across the torque range
Reliable torque traceability and control

Shock / Vibration Resistance
Built to withstand dynamic tool environments
Suitable for industrial use with impact, vibration, and noise

Compact Design
Small form factor matching hand tools
Easy integration without significantly changing the tool ergonomics

Typical Use Case

You attach the TTEB transducer between the screw-driving tool motor or gearbox and the screw bit.

As the tool rotates the bit and applies torque to fasteners, the transducer measures the torque on the rotating shaft.

The transducer sends this data wirelessly to a receiver or torque controller.

The controller can then display, log, or act on the torque data (e.g., shut off when target torque is reached, log torque curves, or feed data to MES systems).

The system supports Industry 4.0 / IIoT integration and traceable torque control workflows.

Connecting TTEB Wireless Rotary Torque Transducer to PC / Android Tablet
Wireless Communication Interface

The TTEB Series transmits data wirelessly using a 2.4 GHz RF or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) signal.

Depending on your model configuration:

Transmitter Type
Typical Receiver
PC / Tablet Connectivity

RF (proprietary 2.4 GHz)
ZIPPTORK USB wireless receiver dongle
Plug into the PC USB port for data reception

Bluetooth BLE version
Built-in BLE receiver (PC / Android tablet)
Pair directly via Bluetooth connection

Software Interface
Once connected, torque data can be monitored and recorded using one of the following:

ZIPPTORK TMS PC Software Suite:Displays real-time torque, angle, and cycle count graphs.Exports torque data to CSV or integrates with MES via API.

Android App (ZIPPTORK TMS APP):This system allows live monitoring, data logging, and graph display.Ideal for portable use or mobile QA inspection.

Data Functions
When connected directly to a PC or tablet, the TTEB transducer provides:

Real-time torque and angle readings (Nm, kgf·cm, in-lb).

Torque-time and torque-angle graphs.

Peak hold, average, and pass/fail analysis.

Cycle count and traceable record storage.

Use Case Examples

QA inspection stations: Portable verification without needing a controller.

Laboratory or R&D torque analysis: USB connection to PC for data logging.

Field service or on-site testing: Use a Bluetooth connection to a tablet for quick torque checks.

Integration with MES / IIoT platforms: Through PC software or Bluetooth gateway.
