Oil Pulse Wrench

An Oil Pulse Wrench is a pneumatically powered fastening tool that delivers high torque with minimal vibration and reaction force by using a hydraulic (oil-filled) pulse mechanism instead of a traditional mechanical impact system. It is designed for medium- to high-torque assembly operations where accuracy, operator comfort, and low noise are critical — such as in automotive, aerospace, machinery, and production assembly lines. Unlike a conventional impact wrench that relies on metal-to-metal hammer blows, the oil pulse wrench uses compressed air to drive a hydraulic pulse unit, which generates smooth, high-energy oil pressure pulses that transfer torque efficiently and quietly to the fastener.
